With Benefit we are proud to present you the winner of the 2017 Oldenburg licensing. Benefit has a noble head, a well-proportioned neck, and a classic look. He has an excellent walk, a trot which is swinging, elastic, and flexible. His canter is flexible, rhythmic and shoulder-free.
Benefit`s sire DSP Belantis, was amongst other achievements placed fourth in the young horse World Championships 2014 with 9.26 points, and the year after became the silver medallist with a final score of 9.5. He was successfully competed by Isabell Werth in 2016 and 2017. DSP Belantis was named “Master Stallion” during the German Masters in Stuttgart 2017.
His dam Sam has an interesting bloodline. She combines the KWPN stallion Sion with strong bloodlines such as Weltmeyer, Akzent II and thoroughbred via Welton in the third generation. The grand sire Sir Tender has been successful up to Prix St. Georges. His sire Sion was stationed at a small stallion station in Oldenburg and produced 63 offspring who went on to compete at the elite level in jumping or dressage.
Benefit was the winning stallion at the premiere in Oldenburg 2017 and Lövsta Stuteri acquired him at the subsequent auction. In April 2018 Benefit won his 14-day test in dressage in Schlieckau with a score of 8.66. He was also the best stallion overall, with a score of 8.40. The score was 9.50-9.50-9.50-8.50-8.50-9.00-8.50. In his first breeding year he was popular in Germany and his offspring lived up to the high expectations. Benefit has also been an approved stallion in Germany since 2020. During 2023, Benefit has been sucessfully showing up to Prix St George. And we look forward to his further development in the sport.
His first crop of offspring already stands out by winning the Brilliant ring in Rastede 2022 and top price at foal and sport horse’s auctions.
Benefit is an approved stallion by SWB, Oldenburg, Hannover, Westfalen and the south German Federation.
